Talabwa is a tool that lets sellers publish a simple online store and receive orders on WhatsApp. Talabwa is not a party to any sale: payments, deliveries, refunds and disputes are handled directly between the seller and the customer.
1 About the service
Talabwa (talabwa.com) provides sellers (“merchants”) with a store page, a product catalog, a cart and a pre-written WhatsApp order message.
By creating a store or using a store page you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2 Your account
You must provide accurate information, including a WhatsApp number you control. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything done with your account.
One account manages one store. You must be legally able to sell in your country.
3 Your store and products
Merchants are fully responsible for their store content: product names, photos, descriptions, prices, availability, and compliance with local laws, including consumer protection and tax rules.
It is forbidden to sell illegal, counterfeit, dangerous or adult products, to impersonate others, or to use content you do not have the right to use.
4 Orders, payments and delivery
When a customer taps “Order via WhatsApp”, an order summary is saved and the customer is sent to WhatsApp with a pre-written message. Saving an order does not guarantee the customer sent the message or will complete the purchase.
Talabwa does not process payments, does not deliver products and is not a party to the sale. Prices, payment methods, delivery, returns, refunds and any dispute are agreed and handled directly between the merchant and the customer.
5 Plans
The Free plan includes a limited number of products and shows a small platform link on the store. The Pro plan removes these limits. Pro is activated manually by the platform team for an agreed period; when it ends, the store returns to the Free plan and extra products are hidden (not deleted).
6 Acceptable use and removal
Do not misuse the service: no spam, scraping, attacks, or attempts to access other stores’ data.
We may suspend or remove stores that break these terms or receive valid reports, with or without notice. Anyone can report a store using the “Report this store” link.
7 Liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, Talabwa is not liable for any loss arising from sales between merchants and customers, product quality, delivery, payment, or temporary unavailability of the service.
8 Changes and contact
We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use after changes means you accept them. For questions, contact the platform team.
